‘kk253989‘ became a KKPoker $50K GLORY champion and banked a massive $9,523 after defeating New Zealand’s ‘toothpickz11‘ heads-up on 11 June!

457 players competed in KKPoker’s premier Sunday tournament, all looking for the ultimate GLORY!

‘crazymonkey‘ was eliminated in 3rd place after blind-on-blind action! 

‘crazymonkey’ shoved for 3BB from the Small Blind with 10♦ 7♣ and was called by ‘kk253989’ holding A♥ 7♠. The board ran out 7♦ 3♦ 5♣ 6♦ 6♥ and despite hitting two pair it was not enough to survive. 

When heads-up play began, ‘toothpickz11’ held a big chip lead, with 13.6M against 2.6M! But after 30 minutes of battles, ‘kk253989’ had taken the lead. 

In the final hand, with blinds at 150K/300K, ‘kk253989’ raised to 600K and ‘toothpickz11’ moved all in for 5M and was called. 

‘toothpickz11’ revealed A♣ 4♥ but was behind against A♠ J♠. The J♣ 2♣ 2♥ put ‘kk253989’ further into the lead, but ‘toothpick11’ did have a back-door flush draw.

However, the 8♠ on the turn and 6♦ on the river were no help!

$20K HIGH ROLLER PKO

‘鎮座dopenes‘ battled through a 120-player field to win the $20K HIGH ROLLER PKO after a cooler final hand! 

The final table of eight featured seven players from Japan and one from Brazil. However, the Brazilian ‘kk525671‘ fell at the first hurdle and was eliminated in 8th place for a $459 + $870 reward after collecting an impressive seven bounties! 

‘chillax‘ hit the virtual rail in 3rd place for $1,878 + $1,003 after hitting top pair against a straight!

‘chillax’ raised to 60K from the Button with the blinds at 15K/30K, and ‘鎮座dopenes’ defended their Big Blind. ‘鎮座dopenes’ checked on the K♣ J♦ 10♣ flop and ‘chillax’ continuation-bet for 49,500. ‘鎮座dopenes’ raised to 148K and ‘chillax’ called and saw the 7♥ turn.

‘鎮座dopenes’ moved all in for 877K and ‘chillax’ used all their available time-bank before they called for 589K!

‘chillax’ revealed K♦ 9♥ for top pair, but it was not enough against Q♦ 9♣ for the flopped straight! The 10♠ fell on the river, but changed nothing. 

‘鎮座dopenes’ started heads-up with 1.8m compared to the 2.8m for ‘dainama7‘ but soon battled back to lead for the eventful final hand! 

‘鎮座dopenes’ called for 40K, and ‘dainama7’ raised to 120K. ‘鎮座dopenes’ 3-bet to 360K before ‘ dainama7’ 4-bet to 864K. 

鎮座dopenes’ called and the flop fell A♠ K♥ 4s. With 1.7M in the pot, ‘dainama7’ shoved for 999K and received the call. 

‘dainama7’ showed A♥ 10♦ but was behind to A♣ J♠. The 3♠ and Q♣ on the turn and river gave the pot to ‘鎮座dopenes’, who was crowned the champion!

‘KME™️‘ was the biggest winner in the $20K WARM UP on 11 June and earned themselves over $4,500!

The $100 buy-in tournament featured 194 players, with five nations represented on the final table. 

Poland’s ‘MP96o‘ departed in 8th place and New Zealand’s ‘kk309985‘ exited in 6th place. ‘oyeabb‘ from Chile secured 5th place, which left three Japanese players left to battle ‘KME™️’ from the Philippines. 

‘PotBetCat‘ in 4th place, and then ‘kk604460‘ in 3rd place missed out on heads-up play after a wild hand!  

‘KME™️’ shoved for 4.2M from the Small Blind with J♦ 5♦ and ‘kk604460’ called for their final 5BB with 2♣ 2♦. 

The rare A♠ A♥ A♣ flop gave ‘kk604460’ a full house and a strong position to double-up, but amazingly, the A♦ appeared on the turn and ‘KME™️’ took the lead with the Quads and Jack kicker. The river 8♥ was a brick, and only two players remained. 

And just four hands later, the winner was revealed…

‘kk253989‘ called on the button and ‘KME™️’ raised to 280K with blinds at 40K/80K. ‘kk253989’ moved all in for 1.1M and ‘KME™️’ called with 5M behind. 

‘KME™️’ held Q♠ J♣ and was losing to A♥ K♣. The 9♦ 5♣ 2♠ flop was safe for ‘kk253989’ but the 10♣ turn brought danger. And when the miracle 8♦ hit on the river, ‘KME™️’ completed the runner-runner straight to score the final KO and tournament victory!
