The KKLIVE SAN JOSÉ Main Event will feature a $175 buy-in and a $20,000 GTD prize pool.
The event will also have both Online and Live Day 1s.
KKPoker can’t wait to host our debut event on a new continent and further expand the KKLIVE brand after successful events in locations such as Japan, Canada, and Europe.
KKLIVE SAN JOSÉ live events days are between 28-30 June at the Sheraton San José Hotel, Costa Rica (Av. Prospero Fernandez 350 mts Oeste Multiplaza Escazú).

KKPoker is delighted to announce Martin Pardo as our first-ever KKLIVE SAN JOSE champion earning $6,844!
A total of 209 entries meant the $20,000 GTD prize pool was boosted to $31,000.
The first KKLIVE in Latin America was a great success, with both online qualifiers and live participants joining together to create an amazing poker atmosphere, meeting their fellow KKPoker community members and competing to the top cash prizes!

Following the success of our first San Jose event, KKPoker is delighted to announce it will return in late August with a bigger $25,000 GTD Main Event. More information coming very soon!

Costa Rica currently has 370 listed poker players on the Hendon Mob. Well-known poker legend Humberto Brenes tops the money list with a massive $6,190,000 in recorded live poker tournament cashes.
Former PokerStars ambassador Brenes is a two-time WSOP Bracelet winner and interestingly won both titles on consecutive days in May 1993, one in Limit Hold-em and the other in Pot Limit Omaha.
With a population of over 5,000,000, Costa Rica is a nation that cherishes its strong environmental protection policies and the preservation of its National Parks.
