SAT POKER TRIP 230€ EVENT RULES

1. Event Period: 2 May 2023 18:00 (GMT) to 25 May 2023 15:59 (GMT)
2. This Event is available to players in the region of Europe only (according to ID Verification) (Qualifying Players).
3. This Event consists of 15 SAT POKER TRIP 230€ (Satellites). Subject to Clauses 4 and 5 below, a Qualifying Player who qualifies from a Satellite may claim a POKER TRIP 200.000€ GTD tournament (Main Event) ticket (Main Event Ticket) from the organizer of the Main Event (the Organizer). 
4. The number of Main Event Ticket available in each Satellite is subject to the size of its prize pool. For every US $250 in the prize pool, a Main Event Ticket will be available from that Satellite, and so on. The Qualifying Players who qualify from the Satellites will receive the prize according to their ranks:-
   1. If the final prize pool of a Satellite is less than US $250, no Main Event Ticket will be distributed from the Satellite and the Qualifying Player who ranks 1st place will receive all the money from the prize pool.
   2. If the final prize pool of a Satellite is greater than US $250,
      1. the Qualifying Players who rank from 1st place to nth place will receive a Main Event Ticket; and 
      2. the Qualifying Player who ranks (n+1)th place will receive all the remaining money from the prize pool less the value of the Main Event Ticket(s) distributed (i.e., all the money from the prize pool – n x US $250), 

where n = the number of Main Event Ticket distributed in a Satellite.

For example:

1. Qualifying Player(s) who qualifies from a Satellite shall contact the Organizer via email at spt.kkpoker@gmail.com, or via FB messenger at Spt Club to claim the Main Event Ticket within 48 hours after that Satellite has concluded, or the Organizer may withhold the Main Event Ticket and the Qualifying Player(s) will not be compensated.
2. The participation in the Main Event is subject to separate terms and conditions.
3. The Main Event Ticket can only be used for registering the Main Event. Any unused Main Event Ticket that expires will be forfeited and will not be compensated. 
4. The Main Event Ticket cannot be exchanged for in-app credits, in-app items, or other items of cash value from KKPoker.
5. By participating in the Satellite and/or the Main Event, a Qualifying Player agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless KKPoker, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, from any damages whatsoever, including any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with his/her participation in the Main Event and/or his/her stay at the accommodation provided.
6. By participating in the Satellite and/or the Main Event, a Qualifying Player:
   1. confirms that the name, date of birth, email address and other information associated with his/her KKPoker account are accurate;
   2. irrevocably grants KKPoker and third parties acting on its behalf, all rights, consents, and license necessary to enable KKPoker to use his/her name, user ID, nickname and other information associated with his/her KKPoker account for the purpose of registering the Main Event and arranging the accommodation; and 
   3. agrees and acknowledges that the use of the information in 8(b) is subject to KKPoker Privacy Policy.
7. Qualifying Players must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in the applicable jurisdictions (whichever is greater) to play in the Satellite and/or the Main Event. Please note that even if a Qualifying Player is 18 years of age or has reached the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction that he/she resides, he/she may not be able to participate in the Main Event if he/she is below the legal age of majority in the location where the Main Event is held. 
8. KKPoker reserves the right, at any time, to alter these terms without notification to Qualifying Players at its sole discretion, including to cancel, modify or suspend the Satellite(s) if at its sole discretion, it believes that the Satellite(s) is/are not capable of being conducted as specified. 
9. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of KKPoker.
