KKPoker Transfer is a convenient way to send eligible funds and items to your friends via the KKPoker app.

Tap on ‘Profile’ in the KKPoker app.

If required, you will be prompted to read and agree to important information relating to the KKPoker Transfer Policy.

The ‘Transfer’ icon will be displayed at the top.

Within the ‘Transfer Counter’, you will have 3 available options.

Transfer – ability to send eligible funds to another player by searching for their UID.

Gift – ability to send eligible items, such as VIP Cards, to another player by searching for their UID.

Record – View your Transfers from the previous 3 months.

WHAT IS THE TRANSFER LIMIT?

The minimum amount for both transfer-out and transfer-in is US$1. Maximum amount varies due to external and internal policies.

WHO CAN MAKE TRANSFERS?

Level 1 ID Verification must be completed to enable transfer-in function. Both Level 1 & 2 ID Verification must be completed to enable transfer-out function.

HOW LONG DO TRANSFER PROCESSES TAKE?

Based on individual user Transfer Limits, eligible transfers are commonly processed instantly.

KKPoker Transfer Function General Terms

For the purpose of preventing money laundering or fraud, only eligible Users may have access to the transfer function within KKPoker. Eligible Users will be determined by us according to applicable anti-money laundering (“AML”) rules, regulations and our internal policies. By using the transfer function, you acknowledge and agree to the Transfer Policy.

Transfer Limit

Please note that minimum and maximum transfer-out and transfer-in amount apply. The minimum amount for both transfer-out and transfer-in is US$1. The maximum amount for transfer-in and transfer-out are subject to AML rules and internal risk management policies and thus vary from User to User. The values may be revised from-time-to-time and we may not notify you in advance. When your accumulated transfer-out reaches certain amount, we may levy an administrative charge on your future transfer-out.

General Transfer Policy

The transfer function in KKPoker is meant for and only for your use of the Services. Any transfer-out of funds originating directly from deposit or transfer-in will be rejected.

You must not use the transfer function for any illegal or fraudulent purposes. All transfers are subject to our review and approval. Your transfer will be rejected if the we suspect that the transfer involves illegality or fraud of any kind. You and the recipient of your transfer-out are solely and exclusively responsible and accountable for all or any communication, agreement or transaction involving and/or arising from the use of the transfer function. When your accumulated transfer-out reaches certain amount, we may levy an administrative charge on your future transfer-out.

KYC Requirements for Transfer

Before you can use the transfer-in function, you need to complete Level 1 KYC via the ID Verification feature in KKPoker. Before you can use the transfer-out function, you need to complete both Level 1 and Level 2 ID Verification in KKPoker.

When you are using the transfer function, we may use your details to verify your identity pursuant to applicable AML rules, regulations and internal policies. Further personal documentation (including but not limited to ID documents, proof of address and bank statements) may be required for verification purpose.

Other Transfer Information

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your transfer-out is sending to your intended recipient. We will not be liable for any actual or consequential damages arising from any claim of mistakes with your transfer-out request. Any rejected transfer-out will be refunded to your KKPoker Account balance. Any transfer-in that is initially approved but subsequently rejected due to illegal or fraudulent concerns will be debited from your KKPoker Account balance.
